Services for Children

Every Friday in November, Oral Health Assessments will be provided free of charge, as a public service, for children who will be starting school next year. A new state law reqires that each child entering the public school system for the first time must have a "dental check-up" by a dental professional by May 31st of the first school year. Dental assessments should not be confused with cleanings or routine dental care. The assessment is simply a measure of the child's current oral health.
