Ana Maria Antoniu, D.M.D.
Dental Director

Dr. Antoniu joined WHF in 2008 as Dental Director. A Cum Laude graduate from Boston University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Antoniu completed her General Practice Residency at Harvard University/Cambridge Health Alliance before returning to Boston University as a clinical instructor. A former resident of the Bay Area, she is excited to be back in Northern California after her most recent position as a dentist in private practice in Massachusetts.

Natalie Benjamin, A.C.S.W., M.P.H.
Behavioral Health Specialist

A graduate of Cornell University, Natalie Benjamin joined WHF in 2009. Ms. Benjamin served in the Peace Corps as a Community Health volunteer before completing her Masters of Social Work and Masters of Public Health degrees at Columbia University. She has worked with Spanish-speaking communities in New York City, Western Massachusetts, and New Orleans. She is pleased to make Northern California her new home.

Bill Davis, M.D.
Clinical Director
Staff Physician

As Winters Healthcare’s founding doctor, and long-time Winters resident, Dr. Bill Davis is a community luminary, famous for his house calls and dedicated care. A graduate of the UC Davis School of Medicine, Dr.Davis served previously at the Sutter West Medical Group before founding Winters Healthcare in 2000 to pursue his dream of providing personalized, whole-person medical care.

Annie Hargadon, M.D.
Staff Physician
Internal Medicine

A graduate of Stanford University, Dr. Hargadon is a staff physician at WHF who received her medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School and completed her residency in internal medicine at the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose. She subsequently practiced medicine in Florida and California. Dr. Hargadon joined WHF in 2007 after serving as a volunteer doctor at Davis CommuniCare helping the migrant and uninsured members of the community.

Amy Morgan, PA-C., L.M.
Medical Director
Physician’s Assistant

Ms. Morgan was the first provider to join the practice that was solely operated by Dr. Bill Davis for two years. She received her Physician Assistant training at Western University of Health Sciences and worked as a Physician’s Assistant of Harmony Health clinic in the Yuba City area for two years.  Amy has become well known in the Winters community and is proud of her work over the past five years to expand the services to women and children. She also sees adults and older adults.

Andrea Trader, M.D.
Staff Physician
Pediatrician

Andrea Trader attended medical school at Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. She completed a residency in Pediatrics at Keesler Medical Center in Biloxi, MS. She practiced pediatrics for four years with the Air Force. She returned to medicine at WHF in August 2008 after several years as a stay at home mother.

Wendy Walker-Davis, Ph.D.
Behavioral Health Director

Dr. Davis received her doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology, Berkeley, Alameda, and completed her residency at the UC Davis School of Medicine, where she taught post-residency. Dr. Davis has a Master’s in Public Administration with a specialization in health administration and started the Cowell Health, Health Education Program at UC Davis in 1977. Dr. Davis has lived in Winters for more than 20 years with her husband, Dr. Bill Davis, and their four children.

Laura Ortiz, MA, MFTI, IBCLC is  Winters Healthcare’s Prenatal Clinic Program Manager, Marriage Family Therapist Intern, and Lactation Consultant. Laura  has 20 years of experience assisting pregnant and parenting families  with early infant feeding problems and behavioral health concerns.   Laura’s practice is a strength based, client focused approach to supporting the psychological and physical health needs during pregnancy, birth, early bonding, and parenting.
Laura holds an MA degree in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley California, and a BA in Sociology from the University of California Davis. She has been an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 1999.  Laura has worked for WHF since 2008.
