Up to $50,000 for a 2-year full-time service commitment; 1-year extension for up to an additional $20,000, half-time service is half the loan repayment amount

Application cycle estimated to open in December and will close in February

Up to $105,000 for 3-year service commitment for full time provider

Application opens 5/1/23 and closes 7/31/23

Up to $75,000 for a 2 year service commitment for full time provider (half-time available)

Up to $300,000 for a 5-year service obligation

Must have graduated within the last 5 years (1/1/18)

Allied Healthcare Loan Repayment Program (AHLRP) – Open to several allied health professions such as Medical Assistants, community Health Workers, Pharmacist, Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienists, health Educators, LCSW, and many more!

Provides up to $16,000 for a 1 year service commitment and applicants may re-apply and be awarded up to three times!
*The above-named resources provide applications to eligible healthcare professionals working at approved sites (like Winters Healthcare) to assist with the repayment of qualified educational loans. There are several programs available from MA/RDA, to PA/RDH to MD/DDS. Each of these programs has different eligibility criteria, varying loan repayment amounts, and required service commitment lengths. We have several employees who have been awarded loan repayment or scholarships from these different resources - yes you have to commit the time to apply, and many of the programs are competitive, but we are optimistic that it will be worth it!
